Villa Maintenance in Cape Yamu

Phuket is a tropical island which is hot and humid throughout the year.  Most residences on the island are located on or near one of the many stunning beaches which surround the island.  The island has a hot season, from March until early May, and a summer monsoon season from around May until October.  Because of both the proximity to the coast and the change in humidity through the seasons, maintaining a luxury villa can be quite an arduous task.  Woods swell and shrink, salt water corrodes and monsoon winds & rain can cause extensive damages. That’s not to mention the electrical & plumbing difficulties associated with living on a Thai island.
