Operations are directed by ACM, our partner company, who specialise in luxury property management. ACM are tasked with providing staffing, food and beverage, housekeeping and guest relations services, and to ensure the smooth running of the residence for both guests and owners.
Staff
In order to provide a refined and pampering holiday experience for our discerning clientele, great importance is placed on recruitment and training. Staff members are hand-picked not only for their excellent skills and experience, but also their dependability and ability to work harmoniously as a team. They are then re-trained by ACM to provide gracious, unobtrusive, yet supremely efficient service.
Food & Beverage
From a variety of delicious canapés and tapas to sumptuous feasts featuring the very best of international and Royal Thai cuisine, our highly-experienced chefs and kitchen staff can consistantly deliver to the highest of standards. We offer full dining and drinks menus, which have been meticulously tailored to suit all tastes and ages. With our very own signature cocktails, a carefully choosen wine list and highly attentive and experienced bar staff, from the moment guests arrive they will find their every whim catered for.
Housekeeping
Cleanliness is next to godliness. Making the beds each morning, providing cold towels after an afternoon's excursion, lastminute laundry before an evening's dining, turning down the covers every night. With impeccable attention to detail our housekeeping staff efficiently and unobtrusively attend to the needs of guests while keeping the villa in a spotless condition.
